CompMov is for people who understand that mental toughness is the key to performing at an higher level, and are committed to getting better at it. Whether your goal is to push yourself to new heights on a personal level, compete in your first local competition or with your mates–if you’re trying to become the best version of yourself, CompMov is for you.
The CompMov tribe is one of the coolest parts about our program. You can connect with other athletes by joining the Slack Group and by following us on Instagram. Athletes that subscribe have access to another level of community. You’ll also get access to CompMov coaches, who answer all posted questions.

We deliver your programs via TrainHeroic

Our programs assume you have access to a well equipped gym. At a minimum, that means you have barbells, dumbbells, plates, a rack/rig, bands, medballs and some type of conditioning equipment. Workouts take between 1 to 1.5 hour.
Depends. As long as your injury doesn’t completely prevent you from training, you can follow CompMov with movement modifications. The coaches and online community are great resources that can help you stay fit while working around an injury. Moreover We are more than willing to help get you pointed in the right direction though, so please don’t hesitate to contact us.
We currently don’t offer personalised training programs, but we do our best to help athletes who have specific questions regarding programming and their own training.
